Availability:
- Reservations are required. First-come-first-serve.
- The room is available for use from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- If you should need the conference outside of those times, please call 646-2573.
Set Up:
- Preparing the room for your meeting is your responsibility.
- You should arrive in time to open up the room, as well as lock it following your meeting.
- The room should be clean and left as it was found.
Equipment:
- The room is equipped with a wireless monitor, podium, whiteboard, and conference telephone.
- A laptop can be borrowed, but it is preferred that you bring your own.
